Pontoon VARA® Foil Hydrofoil Kit

Our VARA® Foil Pontoon Hydrofoil kit is engineered to increase your pontoon speed and performance while decreasing your fuel burn and engine loads.

VARA® Foil  Hydrofoil components are made in the USA 6063 using structurally reinforced aircraft aluminum. Our components are designed for use with Pontoon, Tritoon, Power Catamarans, center consoles, sportfish, sailboats, and other custom applications.

Standard VARA® Foil Kits include:

(1) Custom-sized VARA® Foil hydrofoil extrusion
(2) VARA® Attach CnC’d Adjustable Angles
(2) VARA® Strut axial loaded hydrofoil struts
(1) VARA® Foil Hardware Kit
(1) Standard VARA® Plate with required mounting hardware

Notes:

• Guaranteed ≥ 25% Minimum Speed Gain for eligible applications, (32% verified minimum speed gain by ALL data to date).
• All VARA® Foil Hydrofoils are supplied with a marine black hardcoat anodized finish.
• Pontoon Trailer/lift Modifications are generally Not Req’d.
• Low Drag, High Lift VARA® Plate technology adds easy Pitch Control With Trim/Tilt Switch. This VARA® Plate technology is provided with ALL VARA® Foil kit purchases.
• Installs in the Water, on Trailer, or on Boat Lift.
• Box bolt hardware kits are required for aluminum under-skinned applications. (Purchased Separately)
• Installation NOT included.
• Sacrificial zincs are required for VARA® Foil electrolysis protection. (Purchased Separately)
